Cleaning Methods:

Hand Wash: It is the most recommended way to wash with cold water and neutral detergent by hand, then let it dry naturally in a place with enough airflow.Vacuum: Only low-powered vacuum cleaner is suggested to use.Machine Wash: It can only be washed with cold water in the machine at low power grade. You’d better shake those big trash out before putting into the washing machine.

Warm Notices:

Please clean the rug in time instead of cleaning it after a long period of time.Please don’t hurry to finish the cleaning process, it takes time for the vacuum to suck up the dust and hairs on the dirty rug.Please keep the cleaning direction the same as the direction of the Velvet fiber when you are cleaning with the vacuum. Otherwise it will hurt the rug surface which might affect the rug appearance.The following actions to the rug are forbidden: bleaching, exposure to the sunshine and ironing. Please always remember to dry it in a ventilated place.

Troubleshooting:

1.Slightly Shedding Problem

During the machine weaving process, there might be some floating velvet left on the rug which may shed slightly for the first few times of usage, please use vacuum to clean it before using, there will be no such same problem after more times of usage.

2.Color Difference Problem

The actual color of the rug you received may differ from what is shown in the pictures because the color shown in the photos was effected by the weather condition and light condition on the day when the rug was photographed. And it will also be effected by the computer resolution. We will try to make the photos look close to the real color, hope for your understanding.

3.Size Difference Problem

There might be about 2cm difference between the real size and the size we stated due to the manual cutting and other complicated process, hope for your understanding.

4.Smell Problem

All the material we used for this rug had passed the relevant production standard of related institutions. There might be slight smell when you receive it because it had been packed tightly and gone through long trips. Just open it and leave it in a ventilated place, there will be no smell after a period of time.

Warm Tips:

It is suggested to use in low traffic area instead of super high traffic area to keep its plush feature.Please take it out from the zipper bag gently, then give it 2-3 days to stretch out and become fluffy.Children are suggested to use under adults’ guidance if use it for the first time.It is not recommended to use in the bathroom because this fluffy rug is not waterproof.
