Is this rug machine washable?

Yes, machine washable in all sizes. Simply throw it in the washer, and it’ll be as good as new! Sizes over 8×10 are not fit for regular washing machines and would require industrial-size washing equipment. We recommend professional or spot cleaning.

How do I machine wash this rug?

Machine wash gentle with cold water. Use gentle soap. Do not use fabric softener. Do not use bleach. Tumble dry delicate low heat. Do not dry clean. Do not iron.

Is it low (low pile height) enough so the door can run through?

The pile height of the area rug is 0.3 inch

Can I vacuum the rugs?

You may use a vacuum. Please do not use a vacuum with a beater bar.

How do I get the wrinkles and creases out of this rug?

Please unfold the rug when you receive it. There will be creases at the beginning, please don’t worry. Use your hand to gently smooth them out, flatten them on the floor and walk around, the creases will relax within a week.

Do I need to use a pad under the rug?
